Todd Harrington started out his career in the swimming pool industry in South Florida. With his wife and two daughters, the family moved to Louisville in 2008. He started working as a Service Tech with a local pool company, and quickly moved into an Operations Manager role.
Mr. Harrington decided to retire early in 2014, but was sought out by a local YMCA because they had an issue and weren’t able to find anyone else knowledgeable about their system. He decided to get his business license and operated out of his Dodge Durango until 2016 when his youngest daughter Trina joined him. In 2018, Todd and Trina convinced daughter/sister Tiffany to join the family business. After deciding that the girls would take over once Todd decided to fully retire, they made the choice to offer Pool Construction, Design Services and Remodeling to the existing repair and maintenance division.
In 2020, the Harrington family was presented an opportunity to purchase the local pool company Todd started with. As the company continued to grow, so did the need for more employees and space to run the business. ACS has recently expanded to a second building to accommodate growth in not only customers but employees as well.
